The 33cm diameter pizza baking stone is 1cm thick and can withstand temperatures of 300°C. It comes with a chrome-plated wire holder. This Cadac Pizza Stone fits Citi Chef 40 & Grillo Chef 2 range of gas BBQs, and can also be used in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles, and other gas BBQs.
