75cl / 18.8% - The Premium edition of Vermouth del Professore was produced in 2013 and aged in barrels previously used for peated Islay whisky. Just 337 bottles of this aged vermouth were made at the Antica Quaglia distillery. Velvety soft with hints of smoke.
